Hakim Danish Targets Strong Start as Moto3 Asian Swing Begins in Japan
Malaysian Moto3 rider Hakim Danish Ramli is targeting a strong start to the Japanese Grand Prix as the championship begins its Asian stretch at Mobility Resort Motegi.
The AEON Credit-MT Helmets-MSI rider arrives in Japan seventh in the Moto3 World Championship with 101 points following his ninth-place finish at the Austrian Grand Prix.
Hakim’s immediate focus will be on finding a competitive bike set-up from Friday’s opening practice sessions, with Motegi’s technical corners and heavy braking zones presenting an important early challenge.
The Japanese Grand Prix runs from 2–4 October, with the Moto3 race scheduled for Sunday.
Japan begins an important run of overseas races for Hakim, with Indonesia, Australia and a home Grand Prix at Sepang still to come later in the season.
