Seven years after retiring, badminton legend Datuk Seri Lee Chong Wei is ready to share his untold stories with the public through an upcoming live talk titled “Beyond Greatness: From Inspiration to Impact”. The highly anticipated event is scheduled to take place on October 24 and 25 at the Idea Live Arena in Petaling Jaya.

The inspirational project is a collaborative effort between the former world No. 1, AI See Life, and Angkatan Koperasi Kebangsaan Malaysia Bhd (Angkasa). Driven by a shared commitment to empowering individuals and creating a positive social impact, the 43-year-old hopes the initiative will encourage more Malaysians to believe in themselves, build resilience, and embrace life’s challenges.

During the session, Chong Wei will delve into various aspects of his life beyond the court. Audiences can expect valuable insights into his current role within the Badminton Association of Malaysia (BAM) and his ongoing efforts to elevate the mindset of the next generation of national players. He has even hinted at sharing the heartwarming love story of how he met his wife, Datin Seri Wong Mew Choo, at the badminton academy when they were just 17.
